Spacious apartments, ideal location

I had a very positive experience during my stay at Dream Apartments. The location was ideal for my work needs, being close to public transport and local amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with essential facilities, allowing for a comfortable and productive stay. The staff was polite and accommodating, promptly addressing my inquiries, which made my visit seamless. it was a good value for the price.

We got there, and the 'reception' felt more like a closet. The manager wasn’t friendly at all—felt awkward right from the start. Our room was already occupied when we arrived! Finally got another room, but it didn’t have a TV like promised. The place needs to sort out its management. The location was decent, though.

Location near restaurants and attractions was a real bonus, and the apartment offered great value with comfortable beds. parking was a bit awkward to find, and the shower had some issues with consistent hot water, which could use some attention. a good experience nonetheless.

The location's pretty decent, close to all the fun spots. Our executive studio had basic stuff like a kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a heating system. But the beds were tiny and kinda uncomfortable. The place was noisy at night, like party central outside. Cleanliness definitely could improve. there were dirty dishes and stuff. expected better for the price.

The studio apartment was beautifully clean and presented a sense of luxury, making our single night even more memorable. We truly regretted that it was just a short stay. it’s a perfect choice for future trips and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family.

Check-in process felt unorganized, with delays and a lack of communication regarding room availability, not to mention some hidden costs lurking around, like the unexpected fee for a sofa bed. The overall management of bookings and customer queries seemed a bit muddled, adding unnecessary frustration to what could have been a smoother experience.
